Service Description

We would always advise regular therapy rather than one-offs, but recognise sometimes that isn't possible. These sessions are where availability comes up in our week and we are able to schedule an ad hoc session. You might book this if you are curious about therapy, curious about the way we work, are a returning client wanting to check in, or have something acute you wish to unpack.
